Highliners

The Highliners are a British quintet, that gained fame in the late 80´s. After they spend some months in France the Highliners signed a record deal with ABC in 1988. The singles " Double Shot Of My Baby's Love" and " Henry The Wasp" were released and the later reached the UK single charts.

The lineup now is the same like from their very beginning: Luke Morgan (v/g), Kev Feeney (b), Tim Potter (d), Chris Finch (sax) and Dave Highliner (g), although Tim Potter departed for a few years and was replaced by guys like Rick Buckler (Ex-Jam) or Ginger (Ricochets).

The Highliners made themselves a top act in the Psychobilly circuit  with their very own sound and live shows. Rock `n ´Roll mixed with pink shorts, pure fun and party atmosphere plus special  lyrics about  dentists and wasps made them even a headliner at the (in)famous Klub Foot.
